I want to get some kinda sexy photos as a gift for my significant other. Will they be put on your site? No.The only photos on our site are those in which we have asked andreceived permission to use in our portfolio. While copyright laws saywe own the photos and can do anything we wish with them, we don't workthat way.Our philosophy is that our clients have the right to their privacy. Noone will see your photos unless YOU want them too! We also fullyunderstand that once a photo is on the web, it's out there for good forpresent or future employers, family, professional licensing boards,members of community service boards (the list is unending) to see. Wealso understand that no amount of web site security can prevent a photofrom being taken and used without your knowledge. We are more than happy to sign an agreement to this effect.
Do you do TFCD?
First of all, what the heck is TFCD? Well, it stands for Trade for CD. It's also called Time for Print or Trade for Print. This means the subject doesn't pay for the images nor does the photographer pay the subject. The advantage for the photographer is that it's a good way to build a portfolio or update a portfolio. The advantage for the subject is they get free images.
Yes,we do very limited TFCD. We have models that we work withon a regular basis. If you enjoy the creative process give us a call. If the images you have in mind will benefit our portfolio wemay want to work with you. If not, we will be happy to refer you to other photographers in Wichita who may be interested.
All models will be required to sign a model release and in return will receive a print release from us.
How quickly will I get my photos?
Itdepends on the number of images you order, what type of print you wantand the amount of editing that needs to be done. You can have the printof a simple portrait in a standard size in less than a week, generallysooner than that. These prints are delivered to you. If the type of print you want (canvas, ceramic, on ablanket, as a puzzle, on a mousepad, T-shirt or on a host of otheritems we offer) the turnaround time will be closer to two weeks. If youwant printed proofs to choose from instead of CD or web images, anotherweek needs to be added as well.
Do you work with underage models?
Yes we will, but a signed release from a parent or guardian is mandatory and a parent or guardian must be present during the photo session.
Do you allow escorts to be present during a photo session?
Yes, they are encouraged actually. We want everyone to be comfortable during a session. However, the only camera allowed during a session is our camera. This includes cell phone cameras and any video recording device.
